Utopia Senior: Storytelling as a Thinking Tool

Utopia Senior is an early-stage startup with a dual proposition: a residential community for older adults and an economic access model based on tokenization. They approached us not to produce communication materials, but to help them structure and conceptually align the project before defining any external narrative.

We approached the brief as a narrative experiment: using storytelling as a development tool, we accompanied the process from its initial formulation through to its synthesis in a pitch deck.The experience also gave rise to a training workshop aimed at organisations that need to unblock complex processes through a transversal perspective.
